Return Policy

It is our hope that you will chose the best item for your needs before making your final purchase.  In the event that the item you received is not what you wanted, please use our Returns form to begin the return process, or Contact Us immediately.  Completing the form or contacting us does not guarantee a refund.  

Customers have 14 days (two calendar weeks) from the day their package arrived to request a return.  In some cases, customers may be charged a 10% restocking fee at the time of reprocessing to cover various costs associated with their return.  Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER:  

Due to the nature of shipping, we are unable to correct any mistakes with your order without you shipping the product back first.  Please be sure you are ordering the correct color, size, or quantity of your desired item.  We do not issue refunds unless they are the mistake of Up In The Night or it's suppliers, at which time we will work with you to correct the error.  Again, we cannot make corrections if you order the wrong product by mistake.  It is your responsibility to check your items before ordering, as well as verifying your emailed order receipt.  If you do not receive an email receipt from us within 24 hours, please Contact Us.

Damaged / Defective Items

If an item is damaged during shipping, and such damage appears to be the fault of the shipper, cusomters must contact that specific shipper within 5 days to file a damage claim.  If the outer packaging is without damage, but product inside is, Up In The Night may request photographic evidence before handling any damage claims.  In most cases, damaged product will be replaced at no cost to the customer, unless said product is no longer available, or if the item was a closeout.  Up In The Night reserves the right to refund the pre-shipping, pre-tax, apparent per-item cost of the damaged product, instead of a direct replacement.

Items deemed to be defective within the first 14 days should be communicated immediately so that Up In The Night may replace or repair the item at our discretion.  Customers will not be charged extra shipping or restock fees in cases of defects in workmanship.
