Up in The Night may use multiple available means to ship your irems, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and others.
Depending on your order, you should receive your items within 3 to 6 business days, if not sooner, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that shipping companies generally do not operate on holidays and weekends, which cause your order to ship longer than expected. If you have a larger order, or we are offering a sale on your desired items, it may take slightly longer. We work dilligently to expedite each and every order. If you have a specific date in which you need to receive your order, feel free to include that date in your order remarks and we will do everything possible to make sure your needs are met. Should we need to adjust your order for expedited shipping to meet your needs, we will contact you. Feel free to call us if you have any concerns or questions.
Our shipping charge is a generalized fee that encompases an average of our shipping costs. From time to time, we may ship an items for less than our flat-rate shipping fee, or we may ship it at a cost higher than that same fee. It is the discretion of Up In The Night to specify shipping terms and prices. If any customer wishes to dictate a specific shipping method, Up In The Night reserves the right to charge additional fees if said shipping cost exceeds our flat-rate shipping fee.
International shipping is available, please contact us before placing any international orders to ensure the best turnaround time as well as pricing. Some countries may charge customs fees or taxes based on your purchase which are not included in your order. You will be liable for such fees or taxes.
Products from our Fashion & Accessories category are shipped differently than most of our items. Hair clips, head bands, jewelry, and more will require you to select shipping from the product information page instead of selecting a shipping option durring checkout. Multiple item orders from these categories, while each requiring a shipping during checkout and payment, will be adjusted at time of credit card processing to reflect single shipping. In most cases, these items will be shipped with USPS.
Any damage incured during shipment is the responsibility of the shipper, and any recourse should be handled between the party purchasing the item and the shipping company responsible for delivery. Up In The Night will provide reasonable assistance to help it's customers resolve damage issues with the shipper, but will not take sole action in such cases - disputes with the shipping company are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Up In The Night, it's subsidaries or parent companies, or those working for said companies.
